The price offered are in US$ on FOB Kathmandu Basis After the order is received online, you will get invoice to your mail(email) address while ordering the products. On customers' requirement we will prepare Performa invoice in Euro for our customers from European Union.

LEAD TIME: Each item can be produced in 1000 pieces or pair per month. Normally order should be given four to five weeks in advance. For small quantity of products can be manufactured or collected within a week and sent to the destination after the invoice amount is received on our bank account.
If needed samples, can be delivered through DHL/FedEx/TNT/UPS or SYKNET courier service on the service priority basis on the expenses of the importers. The minimum quantity is entertained 10 pieces out of each product item but we encourage to make alteast 50 pieces per products.

Minimum Order Quantity: Suggested minimum order value is US$ 2,500.00 to get the benefit of 5% discount from the total invoice. To get the benefit of reduced freight cost from Nepal the minimum order should be over 45 kilograms merchandise. Which will cost cheaper to the importers too. Below 45 kgs is recommended to send via courier.The courier services can be choosed from DHL/FedEx/TNT/UPS or SYKNET courier service according to customer requirements.

Freight Cost: Goods are shipped normally by air. Airfreight and Insurance should be borne by the importer. Goods are consigned on "Freight to be paid at destination" or Advance payment basis by us on importers' expenses.Regarding the Fregiht cost, we will send all the rate charts according to the states and airlines preferred by the customer.
Each article will be fixed with label showing made in Nepal, material compositio, etc. as appropriate.We follow buyers' instruction in case of bulk consignment.If the volume of the products is higher than we can put the customers tags, labels too.

As the especial facility offered to our importers/ buyers we will send original INVOICE, PACKING LISTS, GSP OR FORM A, CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN and other essential documentations as required by DHL service to the consignee's address on our own expenses to release the shipment from the custom.
